In order to strengthen our marketing team for an even greater outreach, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (m/f/d) for our Luxembourg headquarter. At SHIPSTA, you can make a real difference.

If you want to be the captain of the marketing ship, planning the route, assessing the hurdles, keeping the cash and inventory in check and safely navigating to the next destination, then this role is for you.

 What you will be doing...

 ·        Develop the overall marketing strategy and oversee its implementation, with the purpose of increasing business pipeline by driving new client acquisition, customer retention and expansion, as well as brand awareness;

·        Grow, position and continuously adapt the SHIPSTA brand in a clear and consistent way that resonates with the target audience;

·        Lead, expand and coach a team of highly engaged marketing professionals, with diverse roles;

·        Build and implement yearly and quarterly marketing plans based on business priorities and marketing objectives, in close collaboration with the CEO, VP of Business Development and the rest of the leadership team;

·        Manage the yearly, quarterly and monthly marketing budgets in strong alignment with the CEO and CFO;

·        Coordinate, execute and optimize marketing campaigns and operations, as well as new product launches in both online and offline marketing channels, inbound and outbound, across all type of activities: events, webinars, digital marketing (paid-owned-earned, social media, email marketing, website & SEO etc.), marketing automation, PR & comms, market research, product marketing, content creation, brand building, graphic & motion design etc;

·        Monitor and report marketing outcomes & KPIs to the CEO and the Board based on the required time frequency;

·        Take data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the marketing performance;

·        Setup and monitor the implementation of marketing processes both within and outside the marketing department;

·        Build and manage the relevant marketing technology suite and affiliated budget;

·        Engage and coordinate external service providers, negotiate contracts and terms of service with relevant suppliers and oversee the accurate and timely delivery of activities;

·        Develop and implement co-marketing activities and strategic partnerships with relevant 3rd parties;

·        Foster a close collaboration with other departments across the company, especially with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Technology.

 What we would like to see from you...

 ·        Strong marketing & leadership background; more than 5 years of successful experience in B2B (SaaS platforms), 360 marketing, as well as management roles;

·        A strategic thinking combined with tactical, hands-on approach and experience in not only coordinating, but also executing all types of marketing tactics in both online and offline marketing channels, inbound and outbound: events, webinars, digital marketing (paid-owned-earned, social media, email marketing, website & SEO etc.), marketing automation, PR & comms, market research, product marketing, content creation, brand building, graphic & motion design etc;

·        Both creative and analytical, data-driven mindset, with strong focus on market developments, customer experience & outcomes optimization;

·        Entrepreneurial & growth mindset, resilience, strong accountability, multi-tasking, complex project management & prioritization skills;

·        Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal & public speaking abilities;

·        Passion for digital technologies and logistics;

·        Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.
